Most of us actually know what is good for us and what isn’t, what feeds our souls and what depletes us. But staying centred and in alignment with life is a challenge and requires some discipline, basic steps are needed.

Firstly with SELF only then can we connect with Source Consciousness, Higher Realms and TRUTH. We are so BUSY as humans DOING we actually lose the every ESSENCE of what we have within us and why we are here.
The TRUTH is within us if and when we align back within ourselves.
How do we do that? Literally STOP before we start!
