A Soul Healing is typically the starting point to uncovering what is keeping you from moving forward. I channel messages, guides and past lives to provide you clarity and direction on your healing journey. Sometimes I guide you on a soul journey, other times we use coloured blocks to uncover the patterns and relationships you are seeking new insights on. Leave feeling unburdened and free to move forward.

This is an ancient healing technique uses 9 pure essential oils firstly applied to the feet and then feathered along the spinal column in a specific manner and order. The oils work at many levels on the energetic and physical bodies. It also includes a lymphatic face massage for detoxification and to boost the immune system.
Ideal if: You’re holding stress and buried emotions in the body that are impacting your health. Or you’re seeking healing at all emotional, physical and spiritual levels.

bowen therapy with soul reading
An opportunity to address body and soul. Bowen therapy releases stored emotions and tensions in the body with gentle movement of the fascia. At the same time, the source of the patterns manifesting in the body are released via a Soul Reading.
Ideal if: Your body and mind are feeling overwhelmed and in need of relief.

So often couples actually desire the same things but the lack of communication and/or emotional interference’s get in the way. Using a unique system to simultaneously present your “truth” through the use of coloured squares using your own subconscious mind, this extremely powerful tool that allows our lives and true “truths” to be presented to us and each other without us even having to voice them.
Ideal if: You would like a guide to help you see, understand and communicate each other’s needs clearly and easily.

THE reconnection
In the Reconnection I use energetic techniques to re-align your body, at a cellular level, with the Universe . This sets you back on the path that is uniquely yours to follow this lifetime. It is a treatment that you only ever need to do once as it remains in your body. The Reconnection requires two sessions ideally over two days.
Ideal if: You feel as though you’re off-track from your life purpose and want to get back to yourself.

Oneness and connection is not limited by time or space. The whole idea that we need to be in the same space to connect is rooted in the physical realm, not the energetic realm. Science has demonstrated that the space outside your body is not a void, it’s a sea of energy. I don't need to be in the same room as you to be sensitive to your energy.
